Problem Gambling Program Telehealth services, counseling, in-person intakes and assessment in office for August 2020.

Please call 541 240-8670 (ask for Pam or LeeAndria) if you need support by tele-health, we can offer screening and give you resources in this time of need.

Signs of Problem Gambling

The first Problem Gambling Group will begin on Thursday, April 2, 2020 from 3:30 – 4:30 pm. An assessment and treatment plan must be completed to participate in this group. Yellowhawk is providing transportation and childcare during afternoon groups Monday – Thursday to reduce barriers to treatment.
