About our Allied Health Services
Allied Health brings together programs that support Elders and medical care with rehabilitation, vision, hearing, and getting to appointments — all coordinated within one department. Audiology is currently an outside service, available for PRC eligible patients.

About our Transportation Services
Yellowhawk Transportation provides rides for eligible Yellowhawk patients to and from medical appointments. The service can be called upon after all means of public and private transportation have been exhausted, including family, friends, and outside brokerage services for Oregon Health Plan participants.
Prioritization is given to higher-medical-needs patients and may be limited by driver availability.
