  • Work Schedules – Schedules may vary by position, but a typical work week is Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Holidays – Yellowhawk has 13 paid holidays including your Birthday
  • Leave – Full-time employees will accrue Annual Leave (Vacation), Sick Leave (sickness and dr. appts), Administrative Leave (inclement weather), Traditional Leave (CTUIR Specific), Funeral Leave.
  • Health Insurance – Premiums for the employee’s medical, dental, vision, and life insurance are paid by Yellowhawk. Coverage is available for dependents on a pre-tax basis through payroll deductions paid for by the employee.
  • Life Insurance – Life policy of $50,000 & $50,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D). New employees can sign up for additional life guaranteed issue up to $200,000 of additional life or 5x annual salary and up to $200,000 AD&D or 5x annual salary.
  • Retirement Plan – 401k- Newport Group- Yellowhawk matches 116% of deferrals up to 6% of compensation. Once eligible you are always vested 100%.  Eligible after one year of employment.
  • Continuing Education – With supervisor approval, employees are allowed paid time to complete continuing education necessary for them to improve and maintain superior job performance. Appropriate travel costs and registration fees are also paid

Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the Human Resources department in supporting company goals and objectives.  This position helps manage day-to-day operations of Human Resources and carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, record keeping, training, family medical leave program, and employment law compliance.  Completes special projects as assigned in all areas of HR.  All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision statements, policies and relevant laws.

 

Hiring Salary $36,046 – $45,084

Traditional Wellness Partner

The Traditional Wellness Partner (TWP) is a grant funded position shared between the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Native Connections grant and SAMHSA Indigenous Project LAUNCH (Linking Actions for Unmet Needs in Children’s Health) grant. The TWP will be responsible for increasing the capacity to offer a broader range of mental health promotion activities to focus on addressing health disparities, addressing and healing from trauma, addressing and reducing the risk of adverse childhood experiences, and creating healthy connection with children, youth and families from ages 0 up to age 24 (example: Conscious Discipline, Horse Medicine Program, Family Spirit, etc.). All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision statements, policies and relevant laws.

 

Hiring Salary $31,357 – $39,144

Certified Medical Assistant

Provides clinical and administrative support for family medicine practitioners in an outpatient, primary care setting.  All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision statements, policies and relevant laws.

Patient Transportation Coordinator

Assists patients in need of transportation to coordinate medical appointments with available resources.  All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision statements, policies and relevant laws.

Dental Director

The Dental Director is responsible for leadership and overall management of the Dental Department at Yellowhawk and reports directly to the CEO.  All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision Statements, policies and relevant laws.
