  • Work Schedules – Schedules may vary by position, but a typical work week is Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Holidays – Yellowhawk has 13 paid holidays including your Birthday
  • Leave – Full-time employees will accrue Annual Leave (Vacation), Sick Leave (sickness and dr. appts), Administrative Leave (inclement weather), Traditional Leave (CTUIR Specific), Funeral Leave.
  • Health Insurance – Premiums for the employee’s medical, dental, vision, and life insurance are paid by Yellowhawk. Coverage is available for dependents on a pre-tax basis through payroll deductions paid for by the employee.
  • Life Insurance – Life policy of $50,000 & $50,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D). New employees can sign up for additional life guaranteed issue up to $200,000 of additional life or 5x annual salary and up to $200,000 AD&D or 5x annual salary.
  • Retirement Plan – 401k- Newport Group- Yellowhawk matches 116% of deferrals up to 6% of compensation. Once eligible you are always vested 100%.  Eligible after one year of employment.
  • Continuing Education – With supervisor approval, employees are allowed paid time to complete continuing education necessary for them to improve and maintain superior job performance. Appropriate travel costs and registration fees are also paid

Housekeeper

Position performs cleaning/disinfecting duties in offices and restroom areas using proper cleaning methods, supplies, and equipment. All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision statements.

Public Relations Manager

The Public Relations Manager will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality public relations that will engage, promote and inform the general public and patients of Yellowhawk Tribal Health Center (Yellowhawk). The Public Relations Manager will use various platforms of communication, including but not limited to, social media, radio, television and newspaper to communicate on the various projects, services and operations of Yellowhawk.  All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision statements.

 

Hiring Salary $41,435 – $59,596  D.O.E

Community Garden Assistant

Responsible for assisting with all gardening activities, including planting, greenhouse up keep and care of plants and other related duties. Assists in the facilitation of educational and promotional garden program classes and workshops. All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision statements.

Mental Health Counselor I

The Mental Health Counselor I works within a multidisciplinary team to provide crisis intervention, mental health evaluation and diagnosis, treatment planning, therapy, case management and group work with a significant focus on school based services and support to families. All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision statements.

Information Systems Manager

Primary responsibility for the day-to-day operations of Information Systems resources in a busy and growing health care center. Responsible for developing technology infrastructure and strategizing the efficient use of system and network resources to optimize Yellowhawk’s ability to maintain electronic-medical records, communicate with healthcare referral partners, perform medical coding and billing, ensure quality and regulation compliance, internal productivity and effieceincy of care.  All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision statements, policies and relevant laws.

 

Hiring Salary $72,453 – $90,592 annual

HR Generalist

This position helps manage day-to-day operations of Human Resources and carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, record keeping, training, family medical leave program, and employment law compliance.

**Minimum requirements have been updated 9/27/2019:

High school diploma or equivalency required AND

Four years of full-time Accounts Payable experience in a professional office.

OR

Associate’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.

 

Responsible for ensuring vendors are paid accurately in a timely manner.  All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision Statements.

Dental Director

The Dental Director is responsible for leadership and overall management of the Dental Department at Yellowhawk and reports directly to the CEO.  All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision Statements, policies and relevant laws.
