  • Work Schedules – Schedules may vary by position, but a typical work week is Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Holidays – Yellowhawk has 13 paid holidays including your Birthday
  • Leave – Full-time employees will accrue Annual Leave (Vacation), Sick Leave (sickness and dr. appts), Administrative Leave (inclement weather), Traditional Leave (CTUIR Specific), Funeral Leave.
  • Health Insurance – Premiums for the employee’s medical, dental, vision, and life insurance are paid by Yellowhawk. Coverage is available for dependents on a pre-tax basis through payroll deductions paid for by the employee.
  • Life Insurance – Life policy of $50,000 & $50,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D). New employees can sign up for additional life guaranteed issue up to $200,000 of additional life or 5x annual salary and up to $200,000 AD&D or 5x annual salary.
  • Retirement Plan – 401k- Newport Group- Yellowhawk matches 116% of deferrals up to 6% of compensation. Once eligible you are always vested 100%.  Eligible after one year of employment.
  • Continuing Education – With supervisor approval, employees are allowed paid time to complete continuing education necessary for them to improve and maintain superior job performance. Appropriate travel costs and registration fees are also paid

Integrated Care Therapist

The Integrated Care Therapist will provide mental health assessment, crisis intervention, safety planning, brief therapy, care coordination and other services as part of the Mental Health staff who are integrated in with the primary care teams. All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision statements.

 

Hiring Salary $54,780  – $82,212 annual  Grade: H

Accounts Payable Clerk

Responsible for ensuring vendors are paid accurately in a timely manner. All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision statements.

 

Hiring Salary $31,357  – $46,951 annual  Grade: D

Chemical Dependency Counselor

Provides outreach, prevention and outpatient chemical dependency counseling/education to patients served by the Yellowhawk Tribal Health Center. Includes diagnostic assessment and documentation for each client in services and activities provided. All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision Statements.

 

Hiring Salary $41,435 – $62,248 annual  Grade: F

 

Position will be open until filled; First Pull Date June 1, 2020 @ 4:00 PM

Certified Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse

The Certified Medical Assistant (under supervision and direction of a physician) or Licensed Practical Nurse (under supervision of a registered nurse) provides clinical and administrative support for medical practitioners in an outpatient, primary care setting. Primary duties are clinical, but administrative duties will also be routine. All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision statements.

 

Hiring Salary $31,357 – $46,951 annual  Grade: D

2 - Peer Recovery Mentor

Advocates, mentors, educates, and supports individuals with both substance use disorder and physical health needs in an integrated care setting. Some clients may have co-occurring disorders. This is a grant funded position with duration through October 2020. All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision statements, policies and relevant laws.

 

Hiring Salary $36,046 – $54,080 annual  Grade: E

Dental Director

The Dental Director is responsible for leadership and overall management of the Dental Department at Yellowhawk and reports directly to the CEO.  All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision Statements, policies and relevant laws.
