  • Work Schedules – Schedules may vary by position, but a typical work week is Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Holidays – Yellowhawk has 13 paid holidays including your Birthday
  • Leave – Full-time employees will accrue Annual Leave (Vacation), Sick Leave (sickness and dr. appts), Administrative Leave (inclement weather), Traditional Leave (CTUIR Specific), Funeral Leave.
  • Health Insurance – Premiums for the employee’s medical, dental, vision, and life insurance are paid by Yellowhawk. Coverage is available for dependents on a pre-tax basis through payroll deductions paid for by the employee.
  • Life Insurance – Life policy of $50,000 & $50,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D). New employees can sign up for additional life guaranteed issue up to $200,000 of additional life or 5x annual salary and up to $200,000 AD&D or 5x annual salary.
  • Retirement Plan – 401k- Newport Group- Yellowhawk matches 116% of deferrals up to 6% of compensation. Once eligible you are always vested 100%.  Eligible after one year of employment.
  • Continuing Education – With supervisor approval, employees are allowed paid time to complete continuing education necessary for them to improve and maintain superior job performance. Appropriate travel costs and registration fees are also paid

Integrated Care Therapist

The Integrated Care Therapist will provide mental health assessment, crisis intervention, safety planning, brief therapy, care coordination and other services as part of the Mental Health staff who are integrated in with the primary care teams. All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision statements.

 

Hiring Salary $54,780 – $ 82,212 annual  Grade: H

Medical Reception Coordinator

Assists in providing daily administrative and direct services to patients and staff within the medical department. Direct service duties may include medical switchboard operation, front desk reception and/or secretarial duties in the medical department including appointment scheduling and management, and communication with medical team members. Administrative duties may include filing, scanning, bookkeeping, data collection and research, printing and organization of departmental handouts and brochures, planning and other tasks related to educational and/or community events. In addition, this position may assist Patient Care Coordinators with general duties for relief and/or backup coverage. All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision Statements.

 

Hiring Salary $31,357 – $ 46,951 annual  Grade: D

Switchboard Operator

Answers a multi-line switchboard rapidly and efficiently direct the calls to the proper person or department. All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision Statements.

Clinical Applications Coordinator (CAC)

The purpose of this position is to manage and develop clinical software applications and facilitate training of clinical staff for the entire range of application packages relating to the Resource and Patient Management System (RPMS) and Electronic Health Record (EHR).

 

Hiring Salary $54,780 – $94,496 annual     Grade: H or I   D.O.E

Travel Coordinator / Finance Clerk (Re-Advertised with new Pull-Date)

Responsible for coordination of travel for Yellowhawk staff and Finance Clerk tasks such as preparing daily deposit and assisting with purchasing as needed. All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision statements.

Tribal Navigator

Position is responsible for, assisting with administration of the Department of Human Services (DHS) Aging and People with Disabilities (APD) Tribal Navigator Program, working in conjunction with the local DHS APD office, Senior Caregiver Coordinator and Elder’s Case Management Team to assess to needs of Yellowhawk patients with Tribal, federal, state and local programs or other resources to meet those needs. The purpose of this position is to determine initial and ongoing Medicaid financial and Long Term Care service eligibility, to develop and implement case management plans. All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision statements.

 

Hiring Salary $36,046 – $54,080 annual  Grade: E

Dental Director

The Dental Director is responsible for leadership and overall management of the Dental Department at Yellowhawk and reports directly to the CEO.  All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision Statements, policies and relevant laws.
