  • Work Schedules – Schedules may vary by position, but a typical work week is Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Holidays – Yellowhawk has 13 paid holidays including your Birthday
  • Leave – Full-time employees will accrue Annual Leave (Vacation), Sick Leave (sickness and dr. appts), Administrative Leave (inclement weather), Traditional Leave (CTUIR Specific), Funeral Leave.
  • Health Insurance – Premiums for the employee’s medical, dental, vision, and life insurance are paid by Yellowhawk. Coverage is available for dependents on a pre-tax basis through payroll deductions paid for by the employee.
  • Life Insurance – Life policy of $50,000 & $50,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D). New employees can sign up for additional life guaranteed issue up to $200,000 of additional life or 5x annual salary and up to $200,000 AD&D or 5x annual salary.
  • Retirement Plan – 401k- Newport Group- Yellowhawk matches 116% of deferrals up to 6% of compensation. Once eligible you are always vested 100%.  Eligible after one year of employment.
  • Continuing Education – With supervisor approval, employees are allowed paid time to complete continuing education necessary for them to improve and maintain superior job performance. Appropriate travel costs and registration fees are also paid

Behavioral Health Administrative Assistant

Responsible for variety of reporting, managing and communicating of data and documentation within and to other departments, information pertinent to successful managing of programs within the Behavioral Health Program. Supervises front desk reception responsibilities, provides backup support during busy times and during receptionist leave. This is a full time job, five (5) days at 37.5 hours per week with a later start time to provide administrative support during evening groups (Monday 10am-6:30pm, Tuesday-Thursday 9:45am-6:15pm, and Friday 7:30am-4pm). All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision statements.

 

Hiring Salary $27,220 – $33,691 annual

Dental Administrative Operations Manager

This position requires an understanding of and the ability to perform a variety of administrative and clinical duties in a dental clinic. All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision statements, policies and relevant laws.

Information Systems Manager

Primary responsibility for the day-to-day operations of Information Systems resources in a busy and growing health care center. Responsible for developing technology infrastructure and strategizing the efficient use of system and network resources to optimize Yellowhawk’s ability to maintain electronic-medical records, communicate with healthcare referral partners, perform medical coding and billing, ensure quality and regulation compliance, internal productivity, and efficiency of care. All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision statements, policies and relevant laws.

 

Hiring Salary $63,033 – $108,753 annual

Diabetes Program Case Manager

The Diabetes Program Case Manager works within the Special Diabetes Program for Indians (SDPI). The Diabetes Program Case Manager will work closely with the Diabetes Team and provide case management for patients with diabetes and manage the planning, promoting and implementation of diabetes programs and educational events. All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision statements.

 

Hiring Salary $41,435 – $51,852 annual

Lead Outstation Outreach Worker (OSOW)

Lead supervising OSOW and responsible to ensure any patient eligible for services at Yellowhawk Tribal Health Center (Yellowhawk) and their families in applying for alternate resources (i.e. OHP, Medicare B, Medicare D, etc.) and understanding Purchased/Referred Care (PRC) benefits and policies & procedures. All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with Yellowhawk’s mission and vision statement.

 

Hiring Salary $41,435 – $51,852

Security Officer (Part-Time)

Maintains a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring all Yellowhawk facilities, property and personnel. All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision statements.

Cmuytpáma Warming Station Coordinator (Part-Time) **Revised

Will be responsible for monitoring the activities of residents of the center and to ensure compliance with program rules and expectations. Also responsible for ensuring the safety of residents and the security and sanitation of the program. All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision statements.

**Driver’s License requirement removed.

Public Relations Manager

The Public Relations Manager will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality public relations that will engage, promote and inform the general public and patients of Yellowhawk Tribal Health Center (Yellowhawk). The Public Relations Manager will use various platforms of communication, including but not limited to, social media, radio, television and newspaper to communicate on the various projects, services and operations of Yellowhawk.  All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision statements.

 

Hiring Salary $41,435 – $59,596  D.O.E

Dental Director

The Dental Director is responsible for leadership and overall management of the Dental Department at Yellowhawk and reports directly to the CEO.  All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with the Yellowhawk Mission and Vision Statements, policies and relevant laws.
