Public Health Update
Call Before Coming to the Clinic
If you have a new rash with fever, cough, runny nose, or red eyes — particularly if you may have been exposed to measles — call Yellowhawk before arriving. Calling ahead allows staff to provide instructions and reduce possible exposure to others.

Public Health
For exposure questions, communicable disease questions or follow-up, STI questions or follow-up, TB exposure, vaccine questions, possible clusters or outbreaks, and general Public Health questions.
Medical
If you are actively ill and need clinical evaluation or treatment, an appointment, same-day care, or PCP care.
Medical Emergency
For a medical emergency:
Call 911 or go to the Emergency Room.
Need help notifying someone who may have been exposed?
Work with the Yellowhawk PHN to confidentially and discreetly notify partners and stop the spread of disease.
