Timíne Strong

This is YOUR health journey.

At Yellowhawk, we believe health is more than just one thing—it’s about caring for the whole you. Timíne Strong is a program designed to support your complete well-being: mind, body, spirit, and community. This program is open to the public, and anyone 18 years or older is welcome to join.

Timíne Strong is about more than healthy habits—it’s about building connections, strengthening relationships, and creating a sense of belonging with Yellowhawk and the community. Together, we hope to grow this program into something lasting and meaningful for years to come.

The program runs for four months and is offered twice a year — in 2026, April through July, and again from September after Round-Up through December. If you have questions or would like more information, please contact Leah at the Public Health Department at 541.969.4385.

Please complete the Risk & Liability Waiver Form at the bottom of the page after you register.

Completing at least one challenge earns you a small incentive, but if you complete all four challenges, you’ll earn both a small and a larger incentive. That means you can earn up to two incentives total during the program. You will select your incentives when you register, and you will receive your incentives after the full challenge is concluded to allow for ordering time. This is your chance to focus on your health, connect with your culture, support your community, and try something new.
