AudioCARE Services

AudioCARE is a phone service that gives Yellowhawk patients more control of their healthcare.

• Appointment Reminders: Never forget another appointment with over-the-phone or text message reminders.
• Refill and Renew Prescriptions: Refill prescriptions and check their status over the phone 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.

Tuesday: 10 am to 5 pm

Yellowhawk Pharmacy is closed daily for lunch from 12:30 pm to 1 pm (Effective June 1)
