Medical Records receives requests via fax, USPS, FedEx, UPS. If you wish to hand deliver your request, please drop it off at the medical reception desk during business hours.

Turnaround Times
Requests are processed within five days of receiving the request, depending on requestor type. For example, routine continuation of care requests will typically be processed within one working day and urgent continuation of care requests will typically be processed within 30 minutes.
