We care about the health and safety of our Tribal community.

As COIVD-19 (novel coronavirus) continues to spread across Oregon, Washington, and the nation, Yellowhawk Tribal Health Center is taking every precaution to keep our caregivers and community safe.

We are working closely with the Oregon Health Authority, the Umatilla County Health Department, and the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to ensure that Yellowhawk’s procedures help to protect our patients’ health and safety.

Many people are concerned about COVID-19, so we want to let you know how to access our services during this pandemic.

+ For your safety and the safety of others, please call ahead before coming to the clinic. You can contact your medical provider by phone.

+ If you  need medications, you can use our new parking lot delivery service. Patients are encouraged to wait in their vehicles from a designated parking space instead of waiting inside the clinic. Call the pharmacy at 541.240.8691 for parking lot delivery.

+ If you need mental health care during this crisis, you have several services to support you. See the information below for a list of services.

If you think you have been exposed to a flu-like virus and need medical attention, call your health care provider immediately. They will be able to provide you with detailed instructions on how to get the care you need.

To get the latest information on COVID-19 (novel coronavirus), see the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention or the Oregon Health Authority websites.
